You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your account information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
SheetsX provides AI-powered spreadsheet processing tools, including translation, classification, extraction, web search, and more. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without notice.
We offer free and paid plans. Paid plans are charged based on usage. You authorize us to charge applicable fees through your chosen payment method. All fees are non-refundable.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to our services. We do not use your data to train AI models or sell it to third parties. We process your data only to the extent necessary to provide the services.
You may not use the services for any illegal purpose, to infringe on others' rights, or to interfere with the operation of the services. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account access for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms. Upon termination, all your rights to use the services will immediately cease.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-service notification.
You may not use the services to create, upload, process, or distribute the following content: (a) non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including any sexual content depicting real individuals without their consent; (b) child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors, which we will report to the relevant authorities; (c) sexually explicit adult content; (d) unauthorized use of another person's likeness, including impersonation or unauthorized depiction of public figures; (e) content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights; (f) hate speech or content that promotes discrimination, hostility, or violence against any individual or group; and (g) fraudulent, deceptive, or scam content. Violations will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and we may cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required by law.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
