3. Refunds

Because SheetsX is a digital product that is delivered and activated immediately upon purchase, subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated and used.

4. Exceptions

We may evaluate a refund request in the following circumstances:

• A technical failure attributable to SheetsX that prevents you from using the service during the paid period
• Duplicate charges or accidental purchases, which will be refunded after verification
